Business Name: PXCRE LLC dba Pixel Creative Studio (“PXCRE,” “we,” “our,” “us”)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by PXCRE. By signing a service agreement, subscription, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

PXCRE delivers marketing services including ad campaign management, funnel design, CRM automation, lead generation, and consulting. Specific deliverables are outlined in each client agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and timely approvals.

  • Maintain compliance with all advertising and communication laws in their industry.

  • Ensure CRM integrations and systems on their side are functional.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are billed according to the signed agreement (monthly retainer, upfront payments, or financing via Klarna).

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may result in paused campaigns or suspension of services.

4. Lead Exclusivity

PXCRE guarantees exclusivity of leads generated through campaigns built on a client’s ad account. Leads are not shared or resold.

5. Results Disclaimer

PXCRE makes no guarantees of specific results. Performance depends on market conditions, ad spend, and client cooperation.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Creative assets, funnels, and campaigns built in client-owned accounts remain client property.

  • PXCRE reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios or case studies.

7. Limitation of Liability

PXCRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the contract.

  • Early termination fees may apply depending on the agreement term.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Indiana.
